Minda Ringdahl, Pastry Chef
Minda Ringdahl was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota. She attended Minnesota
State University Moorhead where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in printmaking
in 2006. She worked at Nichole's Fine Pastry in Fargo for five years before joining
the W.F. Maxwell's team. Minda is passionate about creating fine pastries and desserts.
She uses her expertise to blend flavor, texture, and color to form edible pieces
of art.
